Hello, I’m Morgan Julian, the owner of M&L. I have years of experience as a Veterinary Technician, holding a CVA-1 license, and I’m a proud graduate of the Karen Pryor Academy (KPA) Dog Training program. With over 10 years in pet care and a strong veterinary background, I’ve been lovingly caring for fur babies and reptiles in the Sienna community since 2014.
Building on my extensive experience and knowledge, I’ve expanded my services to go beyond pet sitting to meet the diverse needs of pet owners in the community.

We have three beautiful, incredibly intelligent, and high energy huskies. We used other services before meeting Morgan, and had been through at least four different sitters. The other sitters were reliable, but they didn’t really interact much with the dogs. Morgan, however, is different. Our dogs adore her. She is very attentive and interacts with them throughout the entire visit. She also works with them to ensure that they are well-behaved. Additionally, she’s very dependable and has been very accommodating when I have had to make last minute changes due to unavoidable work delays or family emergencies. Overall, we are so happy with Morgan. Anyone who knows me, knows that my dogs are my babies, and that I would only leave them with someone with the utmost competence and trustworthiness- Morgan is that person.

Morgan is an extraordinary dog caregiver. Our four dogs love her and she loves them. She has been our dog walker for over two years helping us with our terriers since they were puppies. They look forward to her visits. She has administered their medications, given them food and water, and even visited them when they were at a boarding facility during our longer term vacations. Morgan is the best pet sitter. She started watching our kitties 3 years ago. She always would come over for at least an hour at a time and play with our 2 cats, feed them treats and generally spoil them rotten. She sent daily pictures of them so we knew they were happy and getting lots of attention. About 3 years ago we added our dog Davis to the family. Morgan would come 4 times a day to check on him, let him out and spend time playing with him and the cats. Everyone was so happy when we returned. It also gave me the extra peace of mind that someone was not only checking on our furry family but that the house was being checked as well while we were gone. I’d recommend Morgan to everyone, no matter what size pet you have.

Morgan has been taking care of our dogs for the last 5 years. She started with Palmer as a puppy and helped us train him. We introduced our rescue, Skittles, 6 months later. Morgan's daily walks with both dogs helped them them adjust to the change and she trained them both to walk together on a leash. Morgan also watches our dogs for us when we are out of town. Sometimes she spends the night and it is the biggest treat for Palmer and Skittles. We come home to extremely happy dogs and a well looked after home. I can not say enough about Morgan's love, care and patience with our dogs, she is truly has a gift.

Morgan has cared for our two cats in our home many times over the last 3 years. Sometimes it's just for a day, other times it's up to two weeks at a time. One cat is elderly and receives medication multiple times daily. Morgan has always been diligent with his schedule and gentle with his needs. Her background at the vet clinic makes her perfectly suited when I need someone. She checks in with me regularly, sends pictures so I can see how everyone is doing, and also helps bring in mail and make the house appear "lived in" while we are away.

Morgan has been taking care of our dogs for years now. She is amazing and my dogs love her! My older dog takes many medications and I have no worries when I leave him with Morgan. We also have two puppies and Morgan has done a great job of reinforcing any training with them as needed. Morgan has been our dog sitter for approximately 3 years. Not only is she responsible and trustworthy, but she absolutely adores her job and loves dogs! The proof of this is in her interaction with her clients (furry and human) and within her community. It is not uncommon for her to rescue an escaped dog in our neighborhood and track down the owner, all while making sure the puppy is safe and care for. Before we knew Morgan, we boarded our puppy with a local pet boarding kennel. While I am sure they were probably fine, it broke my heart that my very personable golden retriever was in a strange place and definitely not getting the human interaction she craves. However, with Morgan, I know she is getting plenty of personal attention, love, and playtime. We know this to be true because with every picture Morgan sends, there is a giant smile on our golden's face! There is a considerable amount of trust involved when you invite someone into your home to be a caregiver for your pets, and she has always exceeded our expectations. We adore Morgan, and highly recommend as a pet caregiver!

Our dog Shiner isn’t fond of many humans, but he loves Morgan and so do we. She is kind hearted and has a way with dogs. She walks and feeds Shiner when we are out of town. She is very dependable and we trust her completely. We are very thankful we found her!

Morgan is an exceptional dog sitter who has cared for our animals for over 5 years. She is loving and will care for your four legged friends as if they were her own. Her experience and knowledge makes her the perfect pet sitter for all ages. She was wonderful with our two senior labradoodles. She would give them meds, play with them, feed/water, and clean up messes they made. They have passed but she still cares for our multipool who absolutely loves her. Morgan is reliable, flexible and has great communication skills. If a problem arises, she is quick to call and handles the situation with grace and ease. You don't have to worry about your fur babies when they are in her care. She is AMAZING!
